PhotoOrgz is the photo organization software I did not find commercially available. I was looking for an application that could do face detection/matching on locally stored images, and in addition supported manual rating/tagging. I did not find any! So, I had to make my own. It is now under construction, the hope is to have a comercially available version by Q1 2026. Meanwhile a free beta version is available.
PhotoOrgz is a windows application. The main focus of the application is to ease the finding of images. This is done by providing automatic and manual meta data tagging of images. The automatic tagging is based on AI.The meta data is used to provide a filtered view of an image collection to the user. The software is tailored to work well with medium/big image collections.

PhotoOrgz is not an application for photo editing. The idea is to streamline the process of finding images from a big collection. When identified, the images can be communicated to other software packages for editing, slide shows etc
